the roof the roof

the roof is not on fire. it's leaking like crazy and i'm not happy. freakin defective roof. it was supposedly replaced just 3 years ago. and yet, here we are. initially i was all fine with it but now it's just getting annoying. and they tried to blame me for it. "no" lady who thinks she can walk around my appartment as she pleases, "it's not accidental damage of a pipe cuz it only leaks when it snows or rains!!!" and she's like "i dunno, might still be your fault". lord, freakin apple and xbox have better service on their stuff.
